Christopher joined the Land Development Certificates team in 2017 as a Senior Engineer and brings with him 10 years engineering experience including valuable Local Government experience with Blacktown City Council; the largest growing LGA in NSW.
With Christopher’s practical and technical approach towards development engineering, and passion for business management, he quickly rose to the position of Coordinator Engineering Approvals at Blacktown City Council. He was responsible for leading a team of Development Engineers and Inspectors for all engineering assessment and approvals within the Blacktown City Council area.
Christopher currently manages Land Development Certificate’s business operation as a Director of LDC. He is also an Accredited Certifier for subdivision works with the NSW Building Professionals Board due to his wealth of subdivision experience from both Local Government and Private practise.
Christopher’s approachable personality and professionalism towards all projects allows the certification process to occur efficiently whilst meeting the expectations of the client and the public.
